Terms of Service

By accessing or using ProofKit (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You retain all rights to testimonials, images, logos, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you.

You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents to upload and process Your Content through the Service, including permission from any individuals quoted in testimonials.

• No unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or harmful use.
• No uploading content you don't have the right to share.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service.
• No use that violates applicable data-protection laws.

The Service uses AI to generate captions, summaries, and tag suggestions. Output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a given use case. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before sharing it with third parties.

Your first 10 packets are free. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. We may change prices with reasonable notice. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProofKit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or USD 100.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
